Setting up Single Phase

Setting up Pumptron is easy: Turn POWER switch to ON, then press START/RESET button, this starts the pump for ten seconds priming time. During that period the yellow light turns ON: with a small screwdriver adjust the little  screw in SENSOR/ADJUST until the green light turns ON. After the ten seconds the yellow light turns OFF and the green light remains ON. The pump is now detected and under protection and control. This adjustment is done only once and at time of installation.

Set the TIME SET knob to the desired water recovery time.

From now on Pumptron will run the pump until the water is exhausted, then the timer takes over. After the pre selected time lapses the pump will start again. The sequence will repeat until the apparatus is turned OFF.

If the pump is overloaded, it will be stopped and PUMP OVERLOAD super red light will flash. Pressing START/RESET will restart the pump; if the condition persist it will stop instantly, otherwise the system will resume normal operation.

If a level detecting devise is plugged in FLOAT SWITCH, Pumptron will stop once the desired level of water is reached and will restart when the level drops. The pump is now running fully automatic, protected and controlled.
